This is a steel license plate frame with a chrome plated finish. Frame has two mounting holes on the top only. Great looking simple frame to dress up your car or truck. Frame can be left blank and used as shown. Frame can be engraved on or stickers placed in this area. Sorry but we do not do engraving.
